D.Tech Networking Services (DTNS) provides custom pre-paid computer support plans for computer hardware, software and networks. (DTNS) will perform recommended scheduled maintenance, manage devices (servers, workstations, routers, firewalls and peripherals) troubleshoot hardware and software issues. DTNS provides detailed monthly reports on our pre-paid support plans to each customer/client with details on amount of time used to date. DTNS will also provide end user training on applications and equipment.
